Absolutamente vergonzoso el trato y la gestion!! Hago portabilidad (4moviles, inet y linea fija) a mediados 2020 desde euskaltel a movistar. Me envían 2 ultimas facturas erróneas pues el periodo que facturan…

La unión del grupo Euskaltel vasco y del RACC catalán dio lugar a RACCtel+, una operadora móvil virtual (OMV) que se sirve de las infraestructuras de Orange. Cuenta con un amplio catálogo de servicios y tarifas para telefonía fija y móvil, fibra y televisión, no tiene permanencia, ofrece bonos diversos (redes sociales, música, bono de gigas ilimitados los fines de semana,…) y se pueden añadir hasta cuatro líneas adicionales de 5GB o la opción de conseguir una extra con 20GB. Por contra, la fibra solo está disponible en Cataluña, no ofrece solo Internet y la televisión solo puede contratarse con tarifas de fibra más móvil. También ofrece roaming gratuito en la UE.
